Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using heptaloop, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service.
These terms govern platform access and product use. Public website browsing is covered by the Website Terms. A signed order form, master services agreement, data processing agreement, or similar written agreement controls if it conflicts with these online terms.
Accounts, Authority, and Security
You must provide accurate account and business information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your users have the authority and training needed to use heptaloop responsibly.
Administrators may control workspace access, connected integrations, and product configurations for their organization. We may rely on administrator instructions unless we receive clear notice that authority has changed.
Customer Data and Integrations
Customer data means content, files, signals, business records, campaign information, consumer feedback, audience data, integration data, and instructions submitted to heptaloop by or for a customer. As between the parties, customers retain their rights in customer data.
You grant Quanti LLC the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, transform, and otherwise use customer data to provide heptaloop, support requested workflows, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality as permitted by your agreement.
You are responsible for having all rights, notices, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit customer data and connect third-party services. You may not use heptaloop to process data in a way that violates law, third-party platform terms, or rights of others.
AI-Assisted
AI-Assisted Outputs and Decision Use
heptaloop may use AI-assisted systems, scoring methods, decision-support models, retrieval, automation, and human review to generate insights, recommendations, summaries, routes, drafts, and activation instructions. Outputs are decision-support materials, not guarantees of accuracy, business performance, compliance, financial outcome, or market result.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, applying professional judgment, confirming factual claims, and approving any customer-facing, regulated, paid media, employment, healthcare, financial, legal, or other high-impact use.
Acceptable Use and Restrictions
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access heptaloop for legitimate internal business use or authorized evaluation. You may not misuse the service or attempt to access it outside the intended product experience.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, benchmark for publication, or replicate service functionality except as allowed by law or written agreement.
- Do not use the service to train, fine-tune, or improve competing models, AI systems, datasets, or products without written permission.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, malicious, or unauthorized data.
- Do not bypass security, rate limits, authentication, consent flows, integration permissions, or usage controls.
- Do not use heptaloop to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without required review, notice, and compliance controls.
Intellectual Property
The service, including software, design, content, workflow logic, scoring methods, research framing, branding, documentation, and functionality, remains the property of Quanti LLC and its licensors. Access does not transfer ownership of any heptaloop intellectual property.
Subject to customer ownership of customer data, Quanti LLC may use aggregated or de-identified operational information to measure, maintain, improve, and market the service, provided it does not identify a customer or individual.
Commercial Terms, Availability, and Beta Features
Fees, usage capacity, renewal, payment timing, taxes, and service commitments are governed by the applicable order form or written agreement. If no separate agreement applies, access may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
heptaloop may include preview, beta, experimental, or research features. Those features may change, be unavailable, or produce incomplete results. We may update the service, models, integrations, or workflows to improve reliability, security, and product fit.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse the service, compromise security, create legal or operational risk, or use the service in a way that could harm Quanti LLC, customers, third-party platforms, or the public.
Upon termination, your right to use heptaloop ends. Certain provisions, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms, survive as needed.
Disclaimers and Liability
Except for commitments stated in a written agreement, heptaloop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quanti LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the period stated in the applicable written agreement, or if none applies, the maximum amount permitted by law.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
